Built for the people opening the courts.

Designed specifically for padel club owners, operators, managers and marketing teams preparing to launch or grow. Whether you're the founder, the person running the day-to-day or the one responsible for getting people through the door, this course was built for you. The concepts apply to any racquet sports club, but this course speaks directly to the padel industry and the firsthand knowledge we've gained, not to sport in general.

You need a plan you can implement yourself.

That is exactly what this gives you.

This course was built for you if you are

  • Planning to open a padel club and want to get the communications right from the start
  • Launching in the next few months and want to hit the ground running: full courts, active membership, real community traction
  • Already open but not getting the bookings or visibility you expected
  • Expanding to a new site and want a proper plan this time around
  • New to a club marketing role and need a clear playbook fast
  • Operating in a market where padel is still finding its feet

On the work behind it

“The call was extremely helpful. Your notes have been genuinely useful and I’ve reframed our local partner strategy around the ‘come play first’ value proposition. Strategic and tactical on the right topics: just what we were looking for.”
Shaan KohliBoise Padel Club
“Ben is an incredible strategic partner to have in your corner. He brings a rare combination of sharp insight, a powerful network, and genuine creativity, but what really sets him apart is that he’s a doer who turns ideas into action. I’ve always walked away from our conversations with new perspectives, valuable connections, and clear next steps.”
Evan MeyersPadel Society
“Ben has been one of the most important figures in building the profile of padel internationally. He understands the sport at every level, the players, the business, the brands, and he connects them in a way that very few people can.”
Astrid ThamsMD, The Hexagon Cup
“His knowledge of the padel industry and where it sits within the broader racquet sports landscape is unmatched. He gets things done, he knows everyone worth knowing, and he brings genuine energy to everything he is involved in.”

Have a question before you buy? Get in touch.

Questions, answered.

Is this only for clubs that haven't opened yet?

Not at all. Day One is built for any padel club that wants to get more people through the door, build a stronger brand and grow their community. Pre-launch clubs get a clear plan before they open. Established clubs that are not getting the bookings or visibility they expected get the playbook to change that. You just start in different places.

Do I need any prior marketing experience?

No. The course is built for club owners, operators and managers, not marketers. Every module assumes you are starting from scratch and walks you through exactly what to do and why. If you have some marketing experience you will move faster, but it is not a prerequisite for any of it.

How long does it take to complete?

If you sat down and worked through everything back to back, all the reading, all the videos, all the templates, you would be looking at roughly 13 to 18 hours of content. In practice nobody does that, and we would not recommend it. The modules are designed to be implemented as you go: you read about press releases, you write yours, you move on. One module per week alongside everything else you are managing means you would work through the core content in about three months. Plenty of people dip in and out of specific modules as they become relevant, the email module when they are setting up their list, the events module when their first tournament is coming up. There is no wrong way to use it.

What format is the content in?

The course is hosted on Circle, the same platform as Insider 22, accessible on desktop and mobile. Each module includes written guides, downloadable templates and tools, and video walkthroughs from Ben and a hand-picked group of industry specialists. Everything you need to implement is included: you are not just reading theory, you are getting the actual documents and frameworks to use.

Is the course relevant if I'm in padel but not a club?

Day One is built specifically for padel clubs. The templates, the case studies, the PR frameworks and the community outreach guides are all written with a club operator in mind. If you are a padel brand, a tournament organiser, a coach building a personal brand or a supplier to the industry, you will find a lot that is useful, particularly the modules on social media, email marketing, press relations and commercial partnerships. But you will also find sections that will not apply to your situation and templates you will need to adapt. If you are not a club operator, treat it as a strong communications and marketing foundation with a padel lens, rather than a ready-to-use playbook.

Will the course be useful if I'm starting a pickleball club or a multi-racquet facility?

Most of what is in Day One applies directly. The press release framework, the media list approach, the social media strategy, the email marketing system, the community outreach model, the partnership framework: none of those are padel-specific. The examples and case studies are drawn from padel, which means you will need to translate the context, but the principles hold across any racquet sport and honestly across most community sports and leisure businesses. If you are opening a pickleball club or a multi-racquet facility, you will use ninety percent of this course without modification. The ten percent that will not apply directly, padel-specific media contacts and padel directory listings, you will find easy to adapt.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime. Once you buy the course it is yours to keep and return to whenever you need it.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. We are confident in what this course delivers, because we have built it from four years of real campaigns and real results in padel. If within 14 days of purchase you feel we have not delivered what we promised, contact us, tell us what is missing and we will make it right.

The Complete Package includes 6 months of Insider 22 membership.
